Vekkoa is not a substitute for professional architectural, structural, legal, financial, or medical advice, and does not claim any scientific or medical validity for the traditional principles it presents.
Vekkoa, including its name, logo, design, source code, content, and the specific compilation of traditional guidance presented in the app, is the property of Rajvardhanh Verma. All rights not expressly granted to you in these terms are reserved.

Practitioners listed in the Vekkoa directory are independent professionals, not employees, agents, or representatives of Vekkoa. We provide a platform for connection; we do not supervise, control, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any consultation.
The Vastu and Feng Shui guidance in this app reflects commonly cited traditional principles, offered for reflection and cultural/traditional interest. It is not scientific, medical, structural, or legal advice. Any decisions about home design, construction, or renovation should be made in consultation with qualified professionals (architects, structural engineers, contractors) as appropriate, in addition to any traditional guidance you choose to follow.
If you register as a practitioner, you agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update it if it changes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or legal cost arising from: your misuse of the app, content you submit (including a practitioner profile), your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights. This means if your actions cause us to face a legal claim from someone else, you're responsible for the resulting costs — not us.
If a Vekkoa+ pack doesn't feel worth it to you, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. We reserve the right to decline a refund request in cases of clear abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vekkoa and its creator(s) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to decisions made based on traditional guidance or practitioner consultations.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
